The finance manager was happy to send me the information that I needed to resolve this matter without any further delay and he was excellent at helping me with the insurance companys requirements

Watch where you walk. They STOLE the 7000 in trade-in from my car with add-ons. There is a "contract." You have to read what youre signing thru a glass table All 30 pages - and they give you a memory stick to down load. You dont know what your signing till you get the bill from the creditor they put you "in touch" with. AND ITS A LOT MORE THAN YOU AGREED TO THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER!!!!!!! AND TOYOTA LOVES THEM BECAUSE THE ONCE GOOD COMPANY IS NOW RUN BY THIEVES
