As above, unable to attend due to illness but cannot resell at face value due to updating QR code.

Customer service number 0300 678* *** is offline

Please send me pdf copy.

User's recommendation: Avoid Roundhouse until they resolve the ticketing system and introduce customer service so as to resolve any ticket issues before the gig. Would not risk again. Awaiting a full response from their bot which initially responded 5 days after the event (4 days after the promised time and too late anyway as gig had passed).
