Only received ticket at last minute - not as advertised and with Covid I was unable to transfer to another fan. Customer service was NON EXISTENT and I was only offered a lame response 4 months later.
There are much better professional venues that consider music fans - would recommend them instead.

Im disgusted with them its impossible to reach the venue and buy a ticket from the box office. Buying a ticket on line cost £6.50 extra, £4.50 for the pleasure of buying a ticket and £2 towards the restoration of the building

I have been waiting for my refund for about 10 days
Long story I'm so sick of telling it, but I owe what is three plastic jugs of this supplement you sent me 12 you took $500 out of my account. You made me mail it back to you at my expense which was $60 because I had to put a $500 to make sure it gets their insurance and now 10 days later no phone call no email, and he said it would take five days and the phone number sucks no one ever answers

User's recommendation: Avoid Roundhouse until they resolve the ticketing system and introduce customer service so as to resolve any ticket issues before the gig. Would not risk again. Awaiting a full response from their bot which initially responded 5 days after the event (4 days after the promised time and too late anyway as gig had passed).
