The customer service experience was nonexistent. I’m purchasing a wool blanket.
That’s time sensitive and I’ve emailed and called and even purchased the blanket and still nobody has contacted me. In the future, I’m not sure. I’ll use Rough Linen and I’ve used them a lot especially for all my clients.
Customer service is not what it used to be. I used to be able to pick up the phone and call Jennifer Fong.
Nobody returned my message. I just wanted to get lead time on a king-size wool blanket, and if you could tell me the weight of the amount of wool being used in the blanket, that would be awesome if you know. I would love to pick up one of these blankets as I got one for my client.
