Used/Nit Platinum that I ordered

I spoke to Customer Service on Monday because when I ordered Roto Razor, I wanted to purchase in three (3)payments, as advertised, but was charged the full amount. The representative gave me a discount in order not to cancel my order and I agreed. Just received product and its NOT the Platinum that I initially ordered. Also, it is used as shown from photos. Please rectify order ASAP.

Saw won't work

Rotorazer - Saw won't work
This is a nice little saw however it is not durable. It stopped working while cutting a piece of 1/2in plywood. Got very hot. Brushes went bad. I've had the saw used it sparingly until now. It is also hard to tell where the blade is cutting. It makes a nice clean cut. We will see if the company warranties it.

Product only worked for a few months

The company is too difficult to contact to resolve a problem, which switches the customer from department to department until too much time has elapsed. The promises to sale the saw sounds great. But the actual communication needs a lot of work.

Question about wood blade order

I need to order a couple replacement blades for wood. All the websites offer a 3 blade package. Wood, tile, metal. Why do I have to buy what I don't need. I'm even willing to buy 3 of the qood blades. Why are you guys so difficult and unfriendly.

Right, with that 3 blade pack you only get one of what you really wanted. Everybody knows that to have but a single good blade when working is tantamount to suicide.

Why not a 10-blade pack of wood only, or tile only, or metal only? A 3 pack of different types may be OK for the occasional householder, but not actual workers.

I want to order 3 blades for wood. But I only get the option to order a set of 3 that has the 1 wood, 1 tile, and 1 for metal. How can I order just the wood please. There is no option to specify.
