I've purchased Rotel Mild Tomatoes twice from YOUR STORE on amazon dot ca. BOTH TIMES THE CANS WERE DENTED AND SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO BUY!!
I thought the first time this was a rare occasion, but when the next order arrived I saw DENTED CANS ARE THE NORM FOR YOU! In reading the reviews on amazon it's obvious your quality control is practically non-existent!! This time I had to throw them out because upon opening them they were BOTH MOULDY!! WHY ARE YOU SELLING CANS OF ROTTEN FOOD?
DO YOU NOT REALIZE YOU COULD POISON PEOPLE?? AND~THESE ARE NOT CHEAP EITHER! These came highly rated from a friend, that's why I didn't read reviews before my first order. Add to that the cans contained mostly watery juice with no discernable chillies and very few tomatoes and I'm definitely a "pi$$ed consumer".
How dare you dump low grade, possibly poisonous cans of tomatoes on us!
Plus they can't be returned. SHAME ON YOU!!

My problem has not been resolved. I purchase $25 credits to call Nigeria with my credit card and my account has been debited, but when I tried to make a call I was told no minute on my account. Kindly rectify this issues

- Rotel HDMI outputs fail; two 1576 units show no signal, 1068 lacks HDMI.
- Midwest service is slow; no replies from sales or Twitter; Anthem suggested.
Rotel was once the pinnacle of home theater and audio.
I've had 2 Rotel 1576 that have exhibited the same problem of no signal sent through the HDMI output ports.
(I've also had a Rotel 1068 with no problems but, also no HDMI.)
Their service center doesn't care.
There is only one service center in the Midwest.
Although, they do respond via email, they haven't even looked at my unit for 4 weeks.
No response from their Sales dept.
No response from their Twitter feed.Drop Rotel - Go with Anthem.

Great customer service
I want to play two 4 ohm sets of speakers at the same time. The manual says it needs 8 ohms. Can I wire the speakers in series and use just one speaker out.

- Refurbished Rotel RSP-1582 failed at 120 days under a 90-day warranty.
- Repair has been delayed by 60+ days with no service manual provided by Rotel.
I bought a factory refurbished surround Sound processor - Rotel's "flagship" model, RSP-1582. The unit had a 90 Day Warranty and failed 120 days in.
I've been trying to get the unit fixed, and accept it is going to be an out-of pocket expense, but after over 60 days since I first contacted their customer service, and waiting weeks to just get an RMA and address to ship the unit in, I am still waiting for repair. Their authorized service center tells me they've been trying to get Rotel to provide a service manual/schematic, but has not gotten a response from Rotel. The whole experience has been a horrific example of what poor service looks like. My original purchase, a RMB-1075 THX Power Amp has been a workhorse for many years and paved the path for what I thought was a lifetime fan.
However, Rotel's quality and service has slipped. This RSP-1582 was my third Rotel product purchase and will be my last.

In Nov 2022, totally agree. I'm leaving Rotel. Everyone should move to Anthem products.
