We bought security Cameras and recorder after one and half year recorder three time broken down. Now they don`t want to talk with and don`t fix it.

We bought security cameras and recorder in July 2019. Several months later Hard drive shut down. Waiting several weeks we received a new hard drive. Again this time Mother Board shut down, waiting on support for weeks. The New repaired Reviser arrived, but not for long.... Mother Board went again. At Christmastime got my recorder back. One week later mother board and hard drive is not working again. Up to now Rostech refuse to look into the case. Waited four weeks for tech service. They told us we don't care about West-Canada our business is in the USA. Long waiting on tech to support, aggressive unfriendly people. Thy told me no warranty on repair!! Don't buy Rostech cameras

User's recommendation: do your home work before you buy. Don`t by at this company.

Rostech Canada has Office in New York. I repeat myself stay a way from Rosetech!

Old equipment like hard drive and electric cable can not stand cold weather. We bought new system cheaper and easy to use.
