Never received merchandise. I have tried many times by calling and email. I tried customer service, I want my money refund back to me, and I am going to notify BBB, report this company.

Placed an order, 3/15/21 was given an order # used it to get a tracking# when finally shipped. Tracked order for 2 + weeks. Only to have it delivered to an address in another state. USPS said the tracking # I provided was not attached to an order with my name or address. That I had the wrong tracking#. Almost 3 weeks now still no reply from their 24/7 great customer service. I made several reviews on the site and somehow they are just not showing up anywhere.

User's recommendation: Don't lose your money trying to get cheap stuff. I knew not to buy from Facebook sites but I did and I lost my 115.00.

I have contacted every consumer forum possible, and still have not received any reply from this company. It is still advertised on Facebook daily, yet when I read the comments in the ad there are hundreds of customers just like me with lost money no reply and no order delivered to them
