I got 2suits for a gift & they dont fit.i came to return for store credit,so i could shop for something else. The cashier told me that without a receipt,she could only return them for $4.99 a piece. It was a gift.she says that they have been marked down& thats all they were worth.she was very rude.

Went to Ross Rancho Cordova this Sunday, February 19th at 11am. Went and checked in and tried 7 clothing. When I came out this security guard who was relieving for the attendant had questioned me about why I only turned in 5 pcs of clothing. I said it's because I'm purchasing the other clothing. I had a picture of my receipt and tried to do an exchange and the manager said i could not get the value since i didn't have the actual paper receipt. I read your policy and do not see that stated anywhere. Please contact as soon as possible to address this issue. Thank you! Read more

I bought a pair of underwear for $8.00 about 10 days ago that don't fit me well and the store here in Moses lake won't do a return. I've down a fair amount of business at your stores in Seattle and Moses lake and would like a refund or gift certificate. A store employee here in Moses told me I could return anything within 30 days as long as I had the tags. But now I'm told I can't return them because the tags are not attached! There is nothing... I made a purchase on January 29th and took 3 items back to the store for a return. I was told that the money was going to be refunded back on my card within the next few days. Now ny problem is thaf you guys took the money instantly why can I not get my money back instantly. I still have yet to receive my refund. I dont think this is good for business. Read more

I was walking to check out and my son move another customers basket out of the way for us to get by. One of your very rude employees told him to put the basket on the other side of the entryway so he did.
