Horrible Customer Service

Rosner’s was recommened to us in others in Palm Beach Gardens. We wanted to replace all our appliances in the house we bought about 1 1/2 years ago so we went to Rosner’s. We purchased 8 items which were General Electric. Our salesman was Robert. The owner Jeff Rosner’s came Over and assured us that they were a family owned business and if Anything we needed, they would handle it. Well, we did not purchase the extended warranties so 18 month later, Our new GE Profile refrigerator stopped working and it was the main Board. We called Rosner’s and they said it was not their problem and told us to Call GE customer service. They came out and ordered the part which was Coming from China. The part never came in and we were without a refrigerator For over 2 months. My husband called Rosner’s to talk to Jeff. He never Returned a phone call about the situation. He referred us to our salesman Who did nothing!! It was frustrating dealing with Rosner’s and then waiting for hours on the Phone for GE customer service. We wound up purchasing a new Profile from GE at a discount. We will never buy anything from Rosner’s in the future or refer them Any business. If anything we will tell people what happened to us. Ed
