GOOD EXPERIENCE ONE YEAR AGO/HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE RECENTLY
I HAD A TOOTH FILLED APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO.MY CHARGE WAS
$94.00 INCLUDING AN X-RAY.I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNT THAT IS EXTENDED TO THE MAJORITY OF THEIR CLIENTS.RECENTLY I NEEDED A FILLING FOR A TOOTH THAT HAD PARTIALLY FALLEN OUT.I WAS TOLD THAT THE DENTIST WAS GOING TO USE A "PERMANENT FILLING" AND THAT THE CHARGE WOULD BE SIMILAR TO MY FEE ONE YEAR AGO.AFTER TAKING SEVERAL X-RAYS (WHICH WERE UNNECESSARY) AS THE PARTIAL FILLING WAS VERY VISIBLE;THE DENTIST FILLED THE TOOTH.AFTER FINISH-
ING THE PROCEDURE;HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD USED A TEMPORARY SEDATIVE FILLED FILLING AND THAT IT MAY LAST ONE DAY OR FOR YEARS.WHEN I CHECKED OUT;I CONFRONTED THE RECEPTIONIST.
THE CHARGE WAS $312.00.RATHER THAN MAKING A SCENE;I PAID $150 WITH MY CREDIT CARD BUT VOICED MY RELUCTANCE.I WAS VERY UPSET AND SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID ANYTHING.THIS WAS AN INCREASE OF OVER 300% IN ONE YEAR PLUS USING A TEMPORARY FILLING.THEY HAVE SINCE SENT ME TWO BILLS FOR A BALANCE OF $162.00.I RECENTLY CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE.THE BALANCE IS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT AS OF AUGUST 15TH.THESE PEOPLE ARE CATERING TO "LOW INCOME PEOPLE"
AND EXPECTING THE MIDDLE CLASS TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES.I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND AM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF BEING "BILKED" OUT OF MY SMALL SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK.I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTAC-
TING THE N. C. ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (CONSUMER DIVISION).I WANT MY $150 BACK & THE $162 BALANCE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT.WHAT THEY DID TO ME IS ILLEGAL & UNPROFESSIONAL.THIS IS ANOTHER BUREAUCRATIC GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.I BELIEVE IN HELPING THOSE THAT WERE BORN IN THE U. S. WITH LEGAL PARENTS AS LONG AS THEY MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO HELP THEMSELVES.MOST OF THE PEOPLE PATRONIZING THIS CLINIC HAVE COME TO THE U. S. FOR "FREEBIES" AND EXPECTING MYSELF AND OTHERS TO FOOT THE BILL.THIS HAS GOT TO STOP NOW.

Rose wood dental in Naperville. What a bunch of *** I am stuck paying GE Credit my monthly payments.
All of my work is not finished! So i am still going to have to come out of pocket to get my work finished! My Insurance wont pick up the costs. Also there dental lab is this nasty *** Asian sweat shop in a not so nice part of chicago.
After giving me the run around telling me my plate was not delivered. I demanded the address from the lab. I expected a clean establishement. No the place was so dirty!
They had Asian people all lined up making teeth. What a sweat shop. They probably only paid like $750 to make my plates by the look of the joint. Than charged me $5000.
Than i assume they are not even in business! I called all of the offices. You get the same message. I wish i would of known i was getting screwed.
I would of put my lipstick on first. They made off with alot of innoncent hard working peoples money. @ least i am happy i have my teeth. I am sure there are people walking around with a half *** job done on their mouth.
When i called G.E. Capital, and asked them what was going on. They acted like they were clueless to what happened to rosewood dental. I would not be surprised if they are involved in the scam as well!
I cant wait to pay this off and be done! I wish very bad things to the *** bags behind this. Karma is a *** and they will get theirs! I am waiting to see if there are going to be any lawsuits brought up against Rosewood or G.E.
care credit. I will be waiting with my hand out for sure!! LOSERS!! GO TO A DIFFERENT STATE AND RUN YOUR SCAM.

I read of the patients upset with this "Front" for cosmetic dentistry, and I am very dismayed. This places a jaundiced eye on cosmetic dentists by the consumer. Allow me to say that this patient making the above comment, did not do their homework.
Cosmetic dentistry is an overused term by many dentists, but this patient ignored many red flags. Cosmetic dentistry with veneers is hard work, requires a lot of training, skill, artistry, and knowledge. Many dentists can do an adequate job, but I would entrust my own teeth, the ones that I must live with the rest of my life, to only a qualified cosmetic dentist.
With a little homework you can determine who is qualified. Membership in a cosmetic organization is the minimum requirement and with only 8000 members, you realize there aren't that many dentists. I would then wish my cosmetic dentist had advanced, hands-on, live-patient training at these expensive training institutes such as LVI and Hornbrook. That reduces the number of dentists to a few thousand highly trained dentists. Finally, trust your gut. If it doesn't feel right, it's not. THEY LEFT ME HIGH & DRY WITH A 17,000.00 FINANCE BILL & THE JOB UNDONE. I COMPLAINED TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU & THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ,ITS A GOOD PLACE TO START ALSO. IF YOU WERE A CUSTOMER PLEASE FOLLOW MY COMPLAINT MAYBE IF THEY GET ENOUGH THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I am looking for a refund for poor work and work never completed and of course, they are no where to be found --- someone else said they are a scam and I agree --- I too felt they where less them professional - and I also think one of the dentist they hired was on probation!! NICE!!!
I am so frustrated with them it is not funny - this place should have been CLOSED --- so best advise:
keep your money and your teeth as they are, you are much better off!!!!!

rosewood dental in oak pk il. is a joke they were a sleazy marketing operation with a dental office front.
there's constant turnover in the staff and they"approved " me for a loan and then took all the money and didn't even do any of the work. I read another review in a blog that said that they butchered her mouth and teeth. I can't believe they are still in buisness!How can they get awaay with this. I smelled sleeze immediately as soon as i entered the premises but they were the only place that would approve my hideous credit for porcelane veneers.
Oh yeah they offered me a half price "special" after they saw i was only approved for $1750.

Then i was told that the price they were quoting me was the special price and if I didn't accept it that day it would be more when i came back. I would strongly suggest staying away from this place as it made me feel like i had visisted a sleezy used car lot.

omg i had work done there too and they totally screwed me over.
I have two credit cards i am paying on, and didnt even know. They told me i was going to be need a cosigner, so i had my dad co sign for me, and it turns out im not even on those freakin accounts, we need to take action!

Check dentist credentials and certificate for staff, before treatment. Will this dentist, finished dental work for free.I don't think so.
