User's recommendation: The purse is great, stylish and roomy. Except for the handles, I really like it.

Dont buy

Rosetti Bags - Dont buy
I bought a purse and within a week the zipper broke spending $50 American I am extremely dissatisfied and expect better quality.

Good afternoon, I have a complaint about a hand bag that I have had been using for one week. The leather on the enclose bag has come away from the material. Very sad that I paid so much money for this bag and now it is garbage. I began to use this bag on Saturday January 18th and today is January 28th and it has not stood up at all. I need to know how to return the enclosed to the manufacture for a refund. I had purchased the bag on sale and recall paying $58.99. I forgot I had the bag and found it while cleaning my closet.
