Defective product

I purchased a handbag whose zippers have become defective by catching on the surrounding material than seperating!!! I have not been able to have this problem resolved through the seller (Kohl's) or any one from Rosettie. How can I have this issue resolved?

My handbag that I bought a year ago started falling apart I different places.

Now I cannot return it for a refund which was $70 because its been longer than 40 days. It stated falling apart after just a couple of months. I am angry because to me $70 is a lot of money, I would like to get my money back.

I have purchased Rosetti bags for several years and have always been very happy with their quality. Purchased a new bag at Kohls 2 months ago and the suede is already starting to peel off the bottom. Definitely not the quality I have come to expect from them and I won't be buying another bag from them.

I am very disappointed with my latest Rosetti Bag purchase

I purchased a Rosetti bag from Kohl's only a few months ago. I have bought several Rosetti purses in the past and been happy with their quality until now.

The purse I bought was the Hailey Satchel. I loved the floral pattern and color. The first few days went okay but after that the zippers kept catching the inside fabric of the purse. It got very frustrating every time you unzipped to get something out and the zipper would catch the fabric.

It got so bad, I can't even use the zipper on the one side because it is so stuck in the fabric. These purses need the inside fabric to have a stitch along the top edge so this doesn't continually happen.

I will have to throw this purse away because of the zipper issue and the purse itself still looks good. I will not be buying another Rosetti purse anytime soon.

Good afternoon, I have a complaint about a hand bag that I have had been using for one week. The leather on the enclose bag has come away from the material.

Very sad that I paid so much money for this bag and now it is garbage. I began to use this bag on Saturday January 18th and today is January 28th and it has not stood up at all. I need to know how to return the enclosed to the manufacture for a refund. I had purchased the bag on sale and recall paying $58.99.

I forgot I had the bag and found it while cleaning my closet. But it is really not worth the money I paid for it.
