Ms Dickerson made my experience of paying my past due Montronics balance soured when she hung up on my call.

1st contact with them they demanded I pay a debt I said I didn't owe. They implied they were and attorney's office and then later stated that failure to pay would result in lawyers suing me costing me an extra 5000 plus legal fees. Sent me my "contract" which was incomplete and did not show why I owed what they claimed. I told them to cease and desist. They called back and I stated it again and she told me no, I had to do it in writing. Kept demanding my attorney's info despite my repeated no's since I didn't need one since I didn't owe. Very hateful, demanding, illegal intimidation and lying.

I called them in an attempt to revise my arrangement and they hung up on me. Several repeated threats to sue.

Ms Dickerson called me and said that she was calling on the debt behalf. I told her that I never made payments to them and that I cancelled the contract. she said yes it was cancelled because you did not pay. I told her I never paid and tried to tell her that they made promises they did not do, therefore, I cancelled it but she was fusing with me about paying for a service that I never received and I explained to her that she will not call and harrass me for something I never received or used. She hung up and I called back to get her name. I plan on pressing harrassment changes against this company because my heath does not allow stress as a part of my life style and for her to harrass me was not professional nor was it called for, I have blocked the company from my phone and will take the necessary steps for harrassment. As with the other custoers I am pissed and they need to never call me again .

I received several calls about a debt they n said I owed. I called back and argued with them for more than 10 + minutes. When the women on the other end said sir, I'm not here to argue with you. I can help you resolve or note your refusal to pay. She offered to send proof I owed so we could discuss properly. I gave my e-mail and received a letter along with a contract I signed from my last home. Sure enough I owed the debt. I thought the women would give it to me when I called back, but she didn't. She explained the situation and helped me with options and even reduced the amount owed. She stayed on the phone for 40+ minutes explaining and helping me repair my credit. i would not want her job and will approach things differently if this happens again! ask for proof if don't think you could save you time and money!

I am receiving multiple calls from Rosenhal Morgan and Thomas always a recorded message. I finally called the number back and and the representative attacked me on the phone. I wasn't even the person they were looking for. I told them go ahead and do why they had to and find the person they were looking for. Then asked me for my lawyers name and number so he can forward them the information. When I proceeded to give him a name and number he ended the call by hanging the phone up.
