My issue was resolved and I was able to put the doll head on layaway. Time difference was part of the problem and during the day only got AI help. But at 9:15 pm in Colorado was actually connected to
I finally got a real person at 9:15 Colorado time and got all my questions answered. Finally got my order on layaway. Very happy so far The doll head I ordered is pictured below.
