Be concerned of warranty recalls and service

Had recall for block heater on my F150 last year. Brought the vehicle to dealership, one recall (different one) was performed, one for heater was not. No part available. This was more than 6 months ago. Since then, it was not dealership that called, I did. Still, no parts and response was to keep calling (???). I reached out to customer complaints dpt. through email. Received one of those generic emails back, never true response. Sent follow up email, never heard back. Very disappointed in how Ford handles customer relationships.
