Horrible Customer Service

I ordered three jewelry items for myself. One broke without being worn, one did not clasp and one did not fit.

For the broken earrings I was offered a new pair, I asked for my money back because I was concerned with quality issues. For the clasp I was told to pinch it together to hold, it still continues to fall off. For the necklace I had to fix multiple kinks and it did not fit.

For all three I have been asked for multiple photos, no resolution and no refunds as of it.

This has been over three months.

It's frustrating to say the least. It is inferior and pricey product, I would like my money back.
