Food made us sick
My family and I had three Italian beef sandwiches that were made incorrectly. The beef tasted odd, and the next day, we all experienced severe stomach pain throughout the day.
Despite contacting the store, they did nothing about it. We spent over $35 and called again today, only to be spoken to rudely over the phone.
We ask for your help with this situation, as it's unfair to treat customers in this manner. Thank you so much.

Mold on the meatballs
How can I be reheburst please not ok. I order from here before and neve read read problem I love this place.
But this is not ok. Not trying to suck eighther

Wrong order
My daughter ordered a 16" pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, green olives and black olives for my birthday yesterday. When she arrived with it he only topping it had was Italian sausage.
The receipt stapled on box listed correct toppings. Called and ask for refund for missing toppings and manager was rude and wouldn't work with me.

Ordered a pizza on the website went to pick it up and they were closed
I ordered a pizza on the website near me, I prepaid and was given a confirmation number. I went to pick it up.
The were CLOSED. Do not charge my credit card.

I was charged for a buy 1 get 1 free pizza.
I ordered a buy one get One free. Rosalie's pizza on May 14th.
At 11:30 PM. I was charged.
Full price for both pieces.. I call back the next day and told them they charged me full price and the person I spoke to was rude and did not help at all.

Most disappointing pizzas in ten years! Was a thank you to friends & was worst ever‼
We are reliable seniors on disability & Rosati s has been our favorite pizza for many yrs since first trying it in 2000. Recently, as a thank you to friends who helped us due to suddenly finding wife wheel chair ridden, we ordered two lg.
pizzas as a thankyou. This was on 10/11/22. We just discovered they had horrible, dry, even uncut pizzas. We picked up & gave to them.
So embarrassing to ask, expecting them to say they loved em, to tell us they were terrible. We have never had uncut pizzas. They are always in squares. Not to mention , dry and crusty on edges???
We ordered early 10:45am & left message on their direct line to make em up for pickup at approx 11:15am They told us they never received the order by phone & were just in process of setting up new order line & never checked the phone message line! After speaking to friends & their comments, we decided to complain. Help prices keep rising higher & higher even on one special on Tuesday. ??
Why?? Pricing us out of affordability as seniors!!

Insulted me in arabic when I complained about the undercooked food.
We used to eat at Rosati's in Algonquin, Illinois two times weekly. But never again, And I warn all to avoid them!
they act like racist arabs when you let them know they made a mistake!
Bad Business, Local friends have had similar problems with them but still eat there.
Owner Andy Patel I think his real name is: (Anwarli Patel) from India or Pakstan, Called me a liar when I let him know that the sausage was undercooked and got some of my family a little ill that night. As I left he angerly said: Khara beek Sharmoota.
