Poor service and decline in food quality
They did nothing as they obviously don’t care. But consumers drive business and I’m hearing a lot of dissatisfaction with this restaurant lately, people aren’t going back.
They finally said I could just reorder the correct one at my cost. After a heated conversation they said they have to call door dash but didnt have time. Dont think youll get any better service actually in the restaurant in Selma. If you have a party of 10 three different families eating together, they wont do separate tickets they tell you to figure it out or go to Sals another restaurant where they will give you separate tickets these people dont care whether you come back and eat there or not.
As far as Im concerned, they need to find out what losing customers is really like. I know three other families thatll never go back and I wont either.
