Wall cabinet door fell off nearly decapitating my son
Bought a Roper Rhodes bathroom cabinet fully assembled. Was on the wall three weeks when heavy glass door crashed dropped off just as my son had finished cleaning his teeth.
Smashed the wash basin beneath and gave me a nasty cut on my arm as I dragged him away. Contacted Roper Rhodes about the problem and seems they don't care. Did me a whole favour and sent me a new cabinet. Guess what that one had several screws missing!!
contacted them and they said the missing screws were not important yeah like the ones that CAUSED THE DOOR TO FALL OFF.
What can you do they have your cash so they sent replacement2 still no apology. Replacement 2 arrived two days later than it should have and I still have seen no cash from Roper Rhodes for repairs for the damage their faulty product caused
