Unethical Business Practices
Stay Away from this company! We retained them to work on our Shopify site, but they billed us via PayPal and we paid, instead of through Shopify, as they are obligated to do...so Shopify will not assist with the issues. First, they are NOT located in FL, they work out of India. We caught Haresh, the owner in several lies. They took the liberty of switching from a Theme we purchased to a free Shopify Theme, without consulting us. We just discovered that they subscribed to an app that we did not approve, request or want for slideshow photos. Again, without consulting us. Coding is incorrect and basically, the whole project is a total mess and we need to start over or abandon it after doing business online for 21 years. Shopify support people are nice, but nothing gets corrected---they just keep telling me I need to find another web developer after 3 of their "EXPERTS" caused issues.
User's recommendation: Do NOT work with this company.
