R/M or Ancestry can't find any of the LDS or dances or transfer them. # 2 is I have a PC with 10 and I just got a new 11 64 Dell laptop and I have a droid phone.
Can I get R/M in all three ? You said they will syn. #3 can you forward or recover my reg. Number.
I have been with you guys for years. Great program and I am an active LDS member in good standing.

Log into registered version RM8
I have purchased RM8 a couple of years ago but haven't used for some time. Try to log on but cannot get past the RM9 page and it want allow me to entery RM8 keyword.
So frustrating.
Please advise how I can get into my 8 version.
I do have the data available in the 9 free version but cannot access all the reporting features that I need.
I don't need RM9.
