R/M or Ancestry can't find any of the LDS or dances or transfer them. # 2 is I have a PC with 10 and I just got a new 11 64 Dell laptop and I have a droid phone.

Verified ReviewerLog into registered version RM8
I have purchased RM8 a couple of years ago but haven't used for some time. Try to log on but cannot get past the RM9 page and it want allow me to entery RM8 keyword.
So frustrating.
Please advise how I can get into my 8 version.
I do have the data available in the 9 free version but cannot access all the reporting features that I need.
I don't need RM9.
