- - Rooter Express charged over $3,000 to fix my septic system.

3 years ago my septic system backed up. Rooter Express charged me over $3,000 to fix.
Experienced the same problem this week. Called Rooter Express whom did not show and didn't bother calling. Next called Rooter Plus whom told me that Rooter Express 1) did not treat my septic system and 2) did not drain both sides of the tank (solid and liquid).
The Rooter Plus service guy said that my septic system had to be serviced again due to not being properly treated and incomplete work. I would not recommend using Rooter Express.
