They are racist idiots
- A patron directed a racial slur at my daughter.

Just talked to another patron, who used a racial slur directed to my daughter. I talked to the manager who told me she is not responsible for a customer's racist behavior.
Talked to her boss, who threatened to have me arrested if I ever went there again. Rooster's is a creation of the Frick family who have a long history of racist and non-inclusive behavior in the company history. Such as banning minorities from sitting at the bar, or not letting customers eat there that they determine are not in line with their politics.
Racist family, racist restaurant. Do not go to roosters or frickers.

- Slow service; 40-minute wait; dry wings/nachos with few toppings; paid ~$120 and left no tip.
My friends and I went to Roosters on Richmond road . I was not satisfied at all with the service or the food.
This occurred on October 31 around 7:30 pm . We entered the Richmond road location and we're seated . Our waitress . She seemed to be a very nice young lady at first .
We orders the 50 wings half garlic and half hot also 2 orders of dumpster wedges and 2 orders of The deluxe nachos with extra cheese and bacon . We got our drinks and waited almost 40 minutes in our food . When it finally came it was dry as if it had been under a heat lamp the whole time . The supposedly deluxe nachos had very little toppings and we didn't get our extras that we asked for .
I am not a complainer but this was absolutely unacceptable.
Me and my friend paid our tab, left no tip and most of the food in the table .out order came up to around 120.00 and I left my receipt on the table . The young lady was apparently not happy with being at work

- Card not returned; cashier said I dont care.
- Crowded weekend; two officers present.
- Customer felt bias and will switch to Buffalo Wild Wings.
I coming to roosters 4650 West Broad St., and one of your cashiers did not give me my card back. She did not put it in my hand and I let her know about it in a nice way she proceeded to say I dont care at my cart face now and it was crowded on the weekend so other people and customers can see my cart.
She then turned her back on me and walked over to two white police officers that were standing there waiting for the Order, knowing the situation that white cops are now shooting Black people on alarm and just for any reason she started saying things, and being walked over by the cops for protection. I thought that was rude. It was embarrassing that is not professional I have never experienced that before ever Im a older African-American . Ive seen a lot and that to me my friends the way she done it was saying she dont care about my color of people by her actions.
I spent a lot of money at roosters a lot now that football season is on the way I guess me and my friends are just gonna have to go to Buffalo wild wings or wings and rings to get good service , I refuse to be part of roosters youre not losing any money but you have a nasty reputation and I can talk bad about you because of it this was not resolved. I don't know if she was rude or why she would have been. I do believe her walking over to the police officers had nothing to do with you.
Most likely scenario: that restaurant is located in their "beat" and they are regulars.
She was greetings/acknowledging regular customers. The fact they were police officers is not relevant.
