Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me the info I requested.
Be patient. They’ll get to you.
There was a mistake made. After contacting Roon Labs a number of times someone addressed my concerns and began a refund to me which will take a few days to take effect.
I didnt even get thru on the phone and I was asked if I was satisfied.
