We were sold a king size mattress that did not even hold up for two months. Both companies refuse to do anything about this sunkin mattress.
They say it was a sale item and there is no warranty. there is a warrant tag on the unfit for a dog mattress. I see a chiropractor once a week due to the damage the mattress has done to my back. The customer service at both companies are unexceptable.
We paid good money for a defective product that should not have passed inspection. The mattress sinks in on both sides where my husband and I sleep.
It sucks.
