One month ago Roomer changed me $399 and still no hotel no money no help. Roomer totally ignored me. The worst customer service ever

User's recommendation: Don’t use Riomer because if you come to another country and hotel can’t find your reservation, Roomer never help- no cell phone, no customer service, just robot and his standard answers.

Roomer did not advertise my hotel. It got 0 views despite my emails to them to ensure it was displayed

I uploaded my hotel room and it was approved by Roomer and they sent a link to show me the advertisement I had uploaded. Whenever I searched their site, app or the internet in general, however, my hotel was not on view and got 0 views when I checked via Roomer site.

This was despite choosing let Roomer manage price option, which they highly recommend as the most effective way to sell the hotel (rather than me managing the price myself). In addition I emailed their customer care a number of times via the email provided by PissedConsumer and they said well look onto this straight away but nothing changed.

In the end I pulled the ad and sold the room on a Marketplace group for the area (Sydney) where the hotel was based. Its also confusing as they use USD for their App but local currency for internet so factor this in when you choose the price to advertise your hotel for.
