Cancellation
Contacts via chat doesn't work. If I don't cancel my room, I will have to pay full price.m which i cannot afford

They cancelled my reservation after payment, citing non-payment. Hi, I asked for a modification on my reservation, but ROOMDI couldn't do it.
Then I tried to make the final payment, but was not able to. I asked and they sent a link to do it. I made the payment that same day and received a confirmation from my bank about the credit card charge. A day after, I received an email cancelling my booking, saying that I didn't pay.
I sent many emails asking for an answer, but they do not respond.
They refunded $10, but nothing about the other $1,296. However, I don't need the payment back, I need my booking.

Poor communication incorrect phone number no flexibility to amend
Offer amendment they have lost a customer and all wanted to amend from 3 nights to 5 so they lost out

Never ever Roomdi
We booked and paid for a hotel in Vienna from Oct. 4th to 6th and got the voucher.
On the day of arrival in Vienna the room wasn't booked, and we had to book and pay again.
On Oct. 10th we got the message from Roomdi that we will get the amount refunded.
Until today we don't get the money and nobody answers to our several emails!!!

Need to change the name on the bookig
No body answer the phone your customer service is a fraud I called many times I only have a booking number and I paid for the hotel fully but I cant get any answers
