They cancelled my reservation after payment, citing non-payment. Hi, I asked for a modification on my reservation, but ROOMDI couldn't do it.
Then I tried to make the final payment, but was not able to. I asked and they sent a link to do it. I made the payment that same day and received a confirmation from my bank about the credit card charge. A day after, I received an email cancelling my booking, saying that I didn't pay.
I sent many emails asking for an answer, but they do not respond.
They refunded $10, but nothing about the other $1,296. However, I don't need the payment back, I need my booking.

- - We booked and paid for a Vienna hotel Oct 4-6.
- - On arrival the room wasn't booked.
- - We rebooked and paid; refund promised Oct 10 but not received.
We booked and paid for a hotel in Vienna from Oct. 4th to 6th and got the voucher.
On the day of arrival in Vienna the room wasn't booked, and we had to book and pay again.
On Oct. 10th we got the message from Roomdi that we will get the amount refunded.
Until today we don't get the money and nobody answers to our several emails!!!
