Beware! Scammers!
- - They sent discounts by email, but after paying £589 there was no contact.
- - Bed not delivered or refunded; phone and online messages unanswered.
This company sent be email after email whilst I had items in my cart. They offered multiple discounts to checkout.
As soon as I checked out and paid £589 in full, there has been no contact from them. I have been unable to contact them by phone. I have sent multiple messages through their website and by email with (so far) no response. Since this has happened I have read very concerning reviews on several different forums stating they have done this to many other customers in the past.
Not delivered the bed that has been paid for, nor refunded customers money. I have now contacted my credit card company for their help in this matter.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - at best they are incompetent and unprofessional- I believe they are scammers. I am a working, single parent and this has caused massive upset to my life.
