Property damage from construction negligence
I paid this contractor $10,000 to replace my roof. Once finished my roof was leaking pretty bad and now my walls are wet and crumbling throughout my entire house.
They caulked the roof but my walls are still falling apart l. I was told to call a building inspector.
I paid $500.00 for the inspection. He said the plumbing exhaust pipe was cut off below the new tin roof and its causing moisture buildup and releasing septic gasses in the ceiling causing my walls to collapse.
User's recommendation: DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY
