Ron Tonkin Mazda

I was sold a 2002 pointac montana by Ron Tonkin 6-2011 and the raido did not work or the back windhsheild wiper (they would not repair it) because my $3000 warrenty did not cover it. Hmmmm Then the contract was incorrect and they charged me too much for the vehicle, I had to go back in on day 3 to have them correct the issue (I should have taken that as a sign but I did not). Then my car could not make it through DEQ to get it lisenced because of the check engine light that would not go off. It took 3 months to get it fixed. The light continued to go on and off ever couple months. On 9/2012 the light came on, so I took it in and my tranny went out, oil leak, o2 sensor( not covered by warrenty), power sterring leak (that they said the warrenty did not cover so I could not get fixed) windsheild wiper motor needed replace again not covered by warranty and I could not get it fixed. The total repairs were $ 6,200 and my costs were $661.08 for repairs that the mechanic said was pre-existing. I called Ron Tonkin Mazda to get let them know that they needed to make this right and that selling me a car that knowingly had problems is unacceptable. I have not heard anything back and at this point I am using the media to make my point. I pay 335 a month with 26% daily interest and I have not complained about that but I feel that paying this amount for a car with issued is redicualous.

WARNING: Ron tonkin honda: WARNING

I own a 3 year old honda (less than 25,000 miles), had someone else take it to be serviced at RON TONKIN HONDA and was scammed, BY RON TONKIN HONDA, for changing the brake fluid, complained and told to take it somewhere else ! never again.

This is not a scam, brake fluid should be replaced whenever it is not clear colored (that means it is contaminated), usually every 2 to 4 years. Failure to change this like a oil change will result in damage to your braking system.

Treating of loyal hard working employee I am so mad and upset.

A family member has worked for Ron Tonkin for a number of years. Never taking sick time always to work on time giving the best over and above willing to learn taking on new projects being passed over but still working. Now with the pressure of the down turned economy getting nasty letters from management and saying you will be fired if you don't sell a number of cars how would you react. I know I will not be going to that company next time I buy a car nor will every one that I tell this story to. I own a business and I know word of mouth is my best business I want to know what Ron thinks of that.

Everyone is feeling the poor economy but as a customer of Ron Tonkin Auto Acceptance they got me into a car even with poor credit when no other company would/could. I would and have recommended Ron Tonkin Auto Acceptance to family and friends and will continue to do so.
