Do not buy a car from Brad!
Ron Marhofer - I called the dealership before going there and said I wanted to look at a certain car (big mistake) I sat and waited - 30 mins later 3 cars I asked to see from the web inventory by checking my cell phone! Were "not there" and I didn’t even walk the lot yet. I said I would like to look at the lot - the sales person suggested I come back. Mind you he never asked me ANY questions - why I wanted that particular car, etc. He walked around in a daze saying keys were missing, he didn’t see anything related to a Sonata with a sunroof – mind you it’s a Hyundai dealership – and after 30 mins of this I had enough, I decided to go back to work and try another dealership.
He seemed like he didn’t care to have a customer until I mentioned the Military, then he perked up and wanted to chat. But by then I had enough. Another sales person kept coming over asking if he needed help but the but he said no. That’s when I had enough. He said he would call me and suggested I come back - to what I am not sure. I never told him my financing situation, he never asked my budget - or to even walk the lot - I said I was not set on that model and wanted to see what they offered. I was sitting there waiting for this guy to sell me a car!!!
Satan's Dealership The will give you ***.
I never new Satan had a dealership in Cuyahoga Falls OHIO until yes May 2016. Some of the Dragon's employees are cunning, quick to lie, violate you morally, deceive you, threaten you with there words all the way from Financial department to showroom supervisor.
I never received contract after 7 trips to dealership? I told them I had no title at trade in for my 2008 Nissan Sentra paid off from CA Did want 2015 car they odometer reading fake and they altered paperwork and then bank received the 12 days later confirmed and I drove 45 days expired plates the Dealership refused and still never turned in paper work to DMV. Great Ron Marhofer Dealership They are on FIRE for sure.
"" I want them audited and my old car back and them to pay my dam car off they took away my credit life and disability altered papers before bank got them and still now have a middle man to put out there fire. God Luck take HOLY water and a Bible you will need prays i will pray for you.
Repeat Customer
I have purchased 5 new Hyundais in the past 3 years - 3 personal vehicles and 2 for the work fleet. We have been very happy with the cars.
We went back to Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and the salesman that we have worked with for each car, Nick Yaw, and set about to lease a 6th. We texted and emailed back and forth, in writing, about which model and color, as well as all the terms of the lease, i.e. miles per year and monthly payment. I also spoke with Kyle Calhoun, the Finance Director to make sure all the financial items were covered.
We agreed upon the details and they were to deliver the car the following week. On delivery day, August 12th, after the salesman Nick was a no-show- no-call, I called him and he informed me that Ron Marhofer Hyundai was backing out of the deal. We were told that Hyundai would not approve this lease after I had been told the previous week that this was a done deal and everything was approved. I called one of the owners, Chris Marhofer, and asked for his assistance in this debacle and received no help or follow up.
I am thoroughly disgusted in the way that Ron Marhofer Hyundai can promise a deal to a solid, repeat customer and then back out without any notification and simply expect an "I'm sorry" be enough to fix everything. I again called and emailed to ask for help and received no further help or follow up.

Ron Marhofer Ohio - Knowing Sells Lemons
Purchased vehicle 11/28/2009. Had in shop for 16 repairs.
Some were same repair completed multiple times because weren't done right) Some were reported at sale of vehicle to dealer before I purchased it (never repaired) Previous owner had vehicle in same dealer for 18 repairs. Currently has an electrical problem. Dealer called and offered over $2000.00 less then what I paid.
Salesman told me when he gets the car back he is putting on the lot again for over $1000.00 more than what I paid for it. Dealer told me it isn't his problem.
