Major Transmission Problems and misc

We purchased a Jeep Cherokee 2014 (Latitude)in Dec of 2013 from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Pleasant Hills. I have had it into service (4) times for the transmission shifting very hard to the point that it gives you whiplash. I took it into Service they did a flashing update to the car and said that it would be fixed. I had a very rude tech that tested the car and he said that nothing was wrong that's the way the car shifts. A few weeks later I am on route 19 and was at a red light. When I proceded thru the light it sounded as if I was hit from behind. The car *** quickly then the back end decided to play catch up and the car bucks as if it's trying to throw you out of the car. I also have issues with the brake while my foot is on it at a light it lets go to the floor then comes back up and seems to be in a locked position. When the light turned I could not move I was stuck there. Everyone was beeping behind me. The transmission is like being an amusement ride in need of repairs. It is incredibly jerky, I leave my garage go down a hill and turn to the right and I get bucked immediately after the turn. Taking this on long distance seems to be even worse that City driving... when excelerating the gas pedal shakes in your foot as if it's hesitating to pull the car. I fell as if I am a weaner dog that the front end *** and the back end says hey wait for me my legs don't work..... Since the 2nd flashing the car has calmed down a very little but still grinding when it *** and now their is a snapping noise withn the car somewhere while I am driving. I have had a Malfucntion light come on took it the dealer and they say I have no idea and reset the car. They tell me it had something to do with the front bumper that set it off. This current time I called Chrysler I was given a clse number and told if I had any issues that ROSA would be handling my case. She assisted in getting a rental from Enterprise of which they covered the cost. The dealer had the car for 6 days... did a flashing on the car and drove for 60 miles or so I had gas in the car when I dropped off 1/2 tank when I got the care back the car was down to less than a 1/4 and the car was still not repaired. I had a rep from Chrylser call said I am going on vacation but pick up your car on July 9th and he would contact me to me sometime around that 22nd of July when he comes back. I said yes as I felt I had no other choice. I called the next day as ROSA was left 7 messages and nerver returned my call once! I then called the REP left 2 messages on his cell phone and no return call from him. I left a message saying that I wanted to know who was taking care of business in his absence and received no reply. I received a call from a rep call to get an update for ROSA on July 11th Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon. I advised her that I was upset about the way that Chrysler passes me from one person to the next and no one respects me enough to call me back with a final end result. I feel that this car is a LEMON to every degree and am very dissatisfied with the way the care drives. I w9uld like them to take it back and start over as I have bought a lot of cars at this dealership and they know my husband and I very well. Once you purchase the car and drive away it seems like they move on and could care less. This car has had many issues getting to the Dealers due to the transmission problems. I have talked with numberous people who drive the same car and they all say the same thing, Love the way it looks but it awful in performance.
