I recently ordered flip flops from your website. I rarely send follow up emails when I place orders online, go out to eat etc.

However, this time I felt deserved a follow up. When I received my order The package was ripped apart( no fault of Ron Jons). I opened it up and there was no damage to the flip flops. The reason I went with Sanuck flip flops was I got a pair of the beer coozy flip flops years ago and loved them.

This pair was much more narrow and were not a size 10. I figured they were women's. I had planned to return them and purchase another pair. I called Ron Jons HR and spoke with (Katie).

She could not have been more pleasant. I explained that I ordered the flip flops and it did not indicate it was a woman's flip flop. She said she would talk to her manager and call me back. Within 10 minutes she called and let me know that I would be refunded and could keep them for the confusion.

WOW!!!! What a simple, easy way to solve the problem. It didn't make sense on either end to pay shipping twice on the order. I will be sure to spread this HR story that is positive.

I look forward to visiting your stores next time I am in Florida or Alabama.

I wish there was a store in Nashville. I hope this positive email is shared with the people who made it a great story.

Last night I was trying to buy 3 shirts from the online store, it was rejecting my card because of something to do with the fraudulent activity (not on my card, just in general). I tried multiple times to buy it, but it rejected it 4 or so times.

I eventually gave up on it and decided I would call my card company in the morning. This morning when I checked my cards spending, it showed that the $52 was spent at Ron Jon’s surf shop, although I have no emails or receipts as evidence that they will be shipped and delivered to me. I would like to talk to someone about this order, and whether or not it was placed. I would still like to buy these shirts, but if they won’t be shipped to me, I want a refund.

Once I have an answer I hope to come back and purchase these shirts, but I would like a response as soon as possible. Thanks!

I was so happy to wear this shirt around since I got it while I was on spring break. I washed the t-shirt once and the lettering/print came off in vasious places...very upset of the quality.

I think the general human race has lost their minds. In general

There is no decency anywhere anymore. People are rude uncouth no mannered selfish diseased burdens on humanity. You can't even shop anywhere half the time without crazy people being rude to you getting In your space or butting in line in front of you. I was waiting in line at ron Jon surf shop. A nasty old man decided he didn't want to wait behind me and decided to wait next to me as he was trying to but in line in front of me. Why was this *** doing this? I'm a young looking pretty female and this *** retsrd thought he could just get away with it. Are people just deranged? The rude family in front of me was turned around staring at me rudely. That's nice? They wouldn't stop rudely staring at me. When it was my turn the old white man tried to jump in and I had to tell him im next. Are People these days so twisteed and crazy that they find it OK to just butt in front of others for kicks?!!!! Older males in their 70s doing this to young pretty women. Huh?!!! No manners nothing?! The female cashier was rude to me

Then a rude cashier decides to be mean to me too? The cashier was Johanna t. Shame on these people for being so mean to any random person? No morals nothing. I hope someone takes a *** on these losers and *** out there in society today who have no manners morals nothing. And some dumb psycho rude evil old man who took it upon himself to try to butt in line. Men don't hit on pretty women anymore they try to destroy them

Hurt them or degrade them. What a sick *** and low life that *** was. Horrible people in society today truly the worst ever.
