Ripped off

Sold me a damaged vehicle, promised to fix it and then blamed me for the damage. Hung up on and berated me. So now I have a car full of puddles

Worst service ever.

These people are unprofessional. They steal your money and are rude about it as well as if you owe it to them. They told me my car will be ready for a certain time and I had to find a ride to get there and then made me wait for 2 hours because it actually wasn’t ready at the time they originally said. They didn’t offer an alternative for me to get accommodated, in contrast they were so upset that I went to pick up my car ON TIME. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. No loaner cars available for me to get back to work but that didn’t concern them whatsoever. Never ever coming back here.
