My email has been hacked and I have no avenue to stop my financial details being taken from this stupid website, and NO ONE TO ASK FOR HELP!
I selected delete account in the help menu, and once prompted to submit my form the page displayed error messages until I reloaded said help page, and then this option just disappeared...

HORRIBLE
- - Delivery arrived eight months late, clothes dirty and ripped, order wrong and delivered to a neighbor, items looked nothing like pictures.
- - Skip Romwe.
I ordered a two shirts, a skirt, a cute jacket, a pair of shoes and a dress. This was all very cheap but instead of taking 2-3 weeks, it arrived 8 months later!
I almost forgot about what i ordered! So anyway, when it arrived, I opened it and what i saw was dirty and ripped clothes. I think someone spilt something on them! Apart from that, they got the order all wrong, It was delivered to my next door neighbour, they didn't spell my name write and the clothes looked absolutely NOTHING like they did on the pictures!
From then on, I have not reccomended Romwe to anyone. Do not buy anything from there at all...trust me.
I ordered 6 items, and they said it would arrive in about 2 weeks and hey still aren’t here a month later!
