Instead She decides to write me up after I told her legally and In their handbook I only had to wear back non slips , not crocs. I then requested a meeting with the owner . 2 days passed and the co owner ms.

Powell walked in , I approach her because I wanted to talk about the write up and ma wade never told her a requested a meeting . Ms wade tell ms Powell that she was going to bring it up later that afternoon in a meeting . After this incident they let me

Wear my shoes that were comfortably .1 week after she sat me down and said she didn’t like that I was going over her head. 2 week later she had me off the schedule a whole week because I went home a Sunday due to a family emergency .

After meeting with hr they put me back on the schedule

But my hours decreases immediately into 2-3 days a week when I usually work 5-6 days a week . I emailed the co owner and Expressed that the schedule was not fair because i received two days when others have 5-4 days for 2months . After requesting an update on the investigation a week later I was fired .

They said I was no longer a fit , I never receive a break and they always charge for walk outs . And I believe they were tampering hours .
