Have not got paid

I keep getting the runaround about money from Jason Cobb . He hired me at 800 hundred a week.

I work 7 days my water pump went out . i couldnt get a bus there I miss 3days they let me go - I warned Mr Cobb my paperwork was not finished. He said will get to it. Well everyone got paid but me it was only after I call corporate that he he wrote me a check for $721 - I called him ask him whats that he said I just went off your hours .

Im salary half the time I didnt clock. So I asked whats with the games . Mr Cobb owes me $1120 but wrote me a check $721 dollars Im furious. I told him to view the cameras.

Hes a flaky dude. I need my full check.

That is not relevant. The law is they be paid.

Placed an order for dinner on 4/5/24 @531pm my order showed up at 715pm thats an hour and 45 minutes from time order placed I asked the driver to have a manager call me never happened I tried calling the store and was hung up on 6 times. Pizza wasnt good and cold spent 60.00 with tip for a crap.

Not happy with some service

We order your strombolis quite often at the Tallmadge ,Oh location.

We ask for golden brown or lightly browned

Many times it is not

Sometimes it is even burned, although it can be baked perfectly, it's happened before, when it is its absolutely delicious but 1manager gives us a hard time and argues with me, he says it's light brown when it's burnt or extremely dark brown when what we ask for is a light or golden brown, who wants to pay for something that they don't like?

Shouldn't the manager (Chris) try to bake these to the customer's order? Other mangers have no problem making sure they're right,but we tend to get Chris most the time.

Should we stop ordering from Romeos and just take our business elseware?

Correcting my mistake

I had sent a complaint on 2/9/24 letting you know how i was treated by a manager named Chris at the Tallmadge Ohio Romeos,well the girl that answered the phone told me the wrong managers name,Chris is very nice and has never given us a hard time,Chris called to apologize and let us know we are valued customers and it was not going to happen anymore and that the assisted managers name that treated us poorly and made me feel like i was a pain in his butt and argued with me was Shawn. So please know Chris is a great manager that has made it right. Thank you, Andrea Wemmer

Bad service

Romeos Pizza - Bad service
Placed online order at 5:35 Order hadnt delivered by almost 7pm We live 5 minutes from store in north olmsted Called store and they seemed to have trouble locating our order. I went to pick up since my family was so unhappy and hungry. Pizzas that very obviously been sitting there were barely warm and the salad was hot that had been sitting on top. This was a $49.22 order. We are extremely displeased No offer to refund delivery fee or anything. I picked it up even though it was to be delivered. Waiting 2 hrs for pizza is ridiculous

Ordered a medium cheese pizza $12.99 my mistake when so many other of your competitors offer a much better value, on Monday July 3rd from your Clintonville store. First time ordering from Romeos yes and the last. I needed a crowbar and jackhammer to eat it!!!
