Don’t miss appointment/ they don’t care circumstances

So bad ... after 7 years still banned !!from this place for miss appointments in 2013 ...i couldn't take my kids again never to another dentist until now ... I was Trying to get one appointed bc I was thinking they were a good Dentist... today my kids got insurance practically I beg to get my kids one appointment to the very rude manager... she never understood Why I miss my appointments I didn't have any money and. She just hung up on me... very inhuman ...
