The installers were rude and inexperienced. One man told me he was a shutterman not a window guy. Nothing fit right the first day and they took everything back to the shop. After finishing the job there were holes in my tile sill they didn't repair. The picture window has now become cloudy and is supposed to be warranted for life (simonton). But they won't answer my calls.
User's recommendation: Don't trust this company.

Very bad company, don’t use.

Rollshield has reached out to me and it seems there was a communication problem. They are now helping me to get results from the manufacturer.
I wish I could retract the review but this site is hard to navigate. I would use this company again.
Not even a real customer!
I've called them several times, 727-451-****. The receptionist forwards my call to someone's voice mail.
I leave my complaint but have never received a call back.
I'll call again today if this was written by someone at Rolllshield. Heads up for a call from Don in South Pasadena.
