Inferior product and installation
The installers were rude and inexperienced. One man told me he was a shutterman not a window guy.
Nothing fit right the first day and they took everything back to the shop. After finishing the job there were holes in my tile sill they didn't repair.
The picture window has now become cloudy and is supposed to be warranted for life (simonton). But they won't answer my calls.
Preferred solution: Free replacement window and installation.

Very bad company, don’t use.
I hired Rollshield to build me a new Lanai or Sunroom in Pasco county Florida.
I waited 11 months, which I understand is the new normal.
They want to be paid in full before the job is done??
They took down the old Sunroom and caused a lot of damage to my stucco, which they say in their paperwork they will fix but there is no scheduled repair.
My paperwork work states electrical outlets and outside light will be provided. When I called Donna she shot be back an email saying IF there is time to fit me in the electrician will come and do the work if hes in the area and this may take 2-3 weeks for him to show up.
Also, my third wall was ordered incorrectly so they put up some boards to tie me over until they can get new windows ordered in the correct size.
They are considering my job Substantially finished and want their money. Beyond all the problems the new windows came and were installed not just dirty but muddy, the vinyl is scratched and they put in so many bolts it looks like an 8 year old did the work. Ive compared my neighbors Sunrooms and no one has needed all those ugly bolts. Plus the door didnt fit so they had to cut the stucco on the outside of my house.
I couldnt be more unhappy and Im especially unhappy for not doing my homework. Better business bureau and Yelp have many bad reviews. I would have never hired them if I saw their bad reviews.
This Sunroom which is 6 x 8 cost me almost $10,000. After all this it rained and I have a leak.

Shoddy construction work
Shoddy work - employees allowed to drink while on the job and to drive company vehicles with Greg Moores ( CEO of this awful company)knowledge. Company unable to deliver on their contract.
Now they want to pad their bill with late payments - this unfinished project took 6 months so where is my late payments?
Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. If you do this is what you can expect: excuses - lies - shoddy work - padded bills.

This is typical of Roll Shield. They promise you everything and you end up with an inferior product. Bad windows, bad people!
Rollshield has reached out to me and it seems there was a communication problem. They are now helping me to get results from the manufacturer.
I wish I could retract the review but this site is hard to navigate. I would use this company again.
Not even a real customer!
I've called them several times, 727-451-****. The receptionist forwards my call to someone's voice mail.
I leave my complaint but have never received a call back.
I'll call again today if this was written by someone at Rolllshield. Heads up for a call from Don in South Pasadena.
