Reset my Rollo
I needed to add my wireless rollo to my Mac desktop. I sent an email to the rollo customer team and they were very helpful in their first response.
Quick and effective. Thank you all for having great customer service.
Cancel shipping label
Printed the incorrect address on a label. Had to create new one after purchasing the one with incorrect address. Need to cancel previous label and refund

Need help connecting device
Call me back. I purchased it in October and I still can't use the app or get connected.
I finally called you and the guy got so frustrated he told me to call back some other time. Unreal.
I bought the wireless printer and the Rollo scale, but I'm still not using the Rollo wireless printer. It's a pretty sad situation, meant to save me money and time, but it's not connected!

Poor service
I am trying to ship. While I appreciate your security but the system is not allowing me to ship. I have received 12 verification codes trying to gain access to my account
Lack or customer support and labels printed not usable
Rollo printed a already used tracking label where tracking shows deleverd months before label printed and to and from dif address

The printer is not working
Since the day I bought it
It works for a day or 2 and the disconnect for a while
Every time I need To print I have to reset it many times before it appears in Bluetooth and print
