They let pets die
my puppy was in need of emergency help and i called them explained how my 7 month old puppy was very sick and was dying if he didnt receive help right away. they told me to bring him in and not to worry about being able to pay upfront that the important thing was saving his life and assured me they would help him.
so we drove an hour and a half to get there and when we arrived they said he needed to be admitted and was in critical condition would die if didn't receive care right away, we told them please do what must be done to save him that we could get money up as soon as next day as it was late by time we made it from home, they then told us that we had to pay $8000 in order for them to keep him and save his life after telling us we wouldnt need money upfront now we had to pay $8000 right then or they would not help him and he would die. we beggged and pleaded with them to save him and they sent us away and my innocent puppy died the next day because they refused to help save his life they should be ashamed of themselves for letting an animal die because we didnt have 8grand in our pockect at 11pm at night. my dog whom i loved very much died a painful death because of their greed!
it should be illegal to do this like it is with people . now im stuck with the memory of watching my precious puppy die in my arms as i tried to save him because they turned us away when we couldnt pay!!!
