All we need to do is make an exchange. Due to your errors in shipping, invoices say $0 so an exchange cannot be processed, even though the they were paid for at full price.

Nana I cancelled 2 months ago I no longer have a Roku. Please refund the last 2 payment I do not like your company anymore I used to like ruko but I no longer have one I have a Comcast so I would like for you all to stop taking money out of my account refund me my money cuz I no longer have nothing on Roku nothing so please contact me via email or text message to get this straight and delete my card out of your system
