Hello, I got 6 mg nicotine citrus pouches, and 2 of them came busted open. I have been experiencing this reoccurrence with your product.

I would like to be compensated with a better product and maybe new products. This has been an ongoing issue I've had, and I would just like it to be resolved.

Rogue pouches

Why is it EVERYTIME I buy your brand of Rogue the pouches are falling apart? These are not cheap!

I love yall flavors and the brand but it gets ridiculous they are falling apart in the container, there's at least 3 of them that are not sealed. Plz can you fix the problem!

Preferred solution: Just fix the problem and if you could mail coupons. Yes loss money but don't want the money back fix the problem

Your pouches are always coming apart

Every can I get at least two to three pouches leak the white powder. Just wondering if you are aware of this.

I have talked with others that have used or are still using this product and they have had the same issue.

Is there a way to seal the powder in so it does not leak?

Ongoing issues with broken pouches in the can. Can is contaminated and ruined.

Has been going on for months And i'm just now complaining about it.Thinking they would fix the issue.

Obviously they know about it and will do nothing about it to correct it unless more people complain. Called the company to file a complaint and was hung up on before I even got to speak.
