Resolved: Refund is over due
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Having entered it on trustpilot i had a reply and offer ! I am sure your website helped too thank you

Sent request for return and refund 3/11/24
Had reply from Rodial saying return for a refund
Returned package 6/11/24 including my name and address
Had reply following phone message asking for refund whereabouts
Nothing has been refunded
