My family and I checked in it was nasty my daughter use the bathroom shes like theres a roach in the tub then we got ready for bed pull the covers bed bug crawling on the bed we checked out immediately the lady at the front desk no customer service skills at all I told her why we were checking out she just stared OK.

I got two issues; check-in from 08/19 to 08-20 I want my money back. Problems started when I check in.

He wants to charge me $20.00 in cash for my service dog. I tried to show the document to him, but he refused. Also asking me personal questions. We got into a big argument, and he refused to check me in.

It was late at night and I am tired. I just keep silent, and he was keeping on talking. After I finally got checked in, I was not planning to file a complaint. I let it go.

The next day I decided to extend my stay. I called the front office to let them know that I am extending my stay. He was charging me too much, so I told him I will book it online. He didn't say anything.

I called him back just to let him know that I booked the room and if there is something that he needs from me before I go back to sleep. He told me that I need to check out at 11 and go and come back at 3 pm to check in. It was already 10:30. I tried to tell him that I am tired, and I just wanted to sleep and take a good rest.

To the point that I just walked away and packed my bag. I did not even have a chance to take a shower because he wanted me to check out by 11. Everything that I said was recorded, and my next-door neighbor was my witness. After that, my next-door neighbor and I were talking, he came to us and told us that if we are going to keep on talking we need to go somewhere else not in the parking lot.

I did not say anything, I just went to my car to book a room in another place. He came over to my car and told me that I need to leave. He said I am trespassing, and I'm no longer a customer because I already checked out. More things happened.

I called the reservation desks to cancel my reservation and get a refund because I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. Harassment!. The first night I let it go because I thought its over. But because it never stops to the point that I cant take it anymore.

I want my money back for the first night. Im supposed to have a good rest but instead stressed me out.

I left even though I'm so tired. I have someone who witnesses all this.

I was trying to help a homeless friend did a online booking, sent Uber to drop him off. He arrived they refused him to stay because of no credit card present obviously homeless I spoke with customer service, if I can pay the required deposit after I had paid hotel online, With my debit card, They refused him.

By 9:47 I sent Uber again to relocate him. They made a conscious decision of canceling after hours 3:00 am of next day stating no show! knowing he wasnt allowed to stay. Cancellation was made with customer service and also online.

I strongly do not recommended this hotel! They robbed customers relying on policy of no show no refund. After providing a Uber receipt proving of him showing. They argue cancellation was made after hours.which was conveniently made By hotel staff To charge .

I dont recommend this heartless discriminating place. Taking advantage of the a sad situation someone is going through. .

Charging three days of no staying! They make their profit by stealing from customer.

My boyfriend and I, planned a romantic night to celebrate 20 years. So we got a room with jacuzzi. When we used the tub, of course we didn't have our glasses on, later after, I was wearing glasses , I wanted to be sick to see the jetts on the tub were full of mold and old hair. Those things are toxic waste playground. It's a miracle if you didn't at least cop a nasty case of folliculitis .

Please, whatever else you do or don't do in this life, stay out of hot tubs. Even your own at home if you are so equipped is full of the yuck that you mentioned. It's a biohazard and only Providence knows how truly awful.

Same boyfriend for 20 years ? Wow.

I spent $84.00 for my slum cockroach infested room. Period blood on mattress pad filthy mattress underneath, dead bugs in the fridge, filthy microwave, walls , ceiling , baseboards, water warped sink counter, fire detector covered in Roach *** mold covered ceiling in bathroom, blatant drug and prostitution going on around the whole premises Absolutely worse place I've ever seen in my life!!!

I don't know if anybody else has had the problem staying there this is in Chicago but they want it a 60 dollar extra security and the guy at this place said that we would get it back in three business days when we called to find out about why we hadn't got it back, the lady that answer the phone was very rude and said that it was 7 to 10 days and I still haven't got my money back and it's now been 15 days

Charged my card 4 times Charge 1 booked Charge 2 travel miles used Charge 3 said 25 security deposit didnt work Charge 4 changed 25 to $50 lied and said its $50. Then proceeded to tell me he is locked and cant let me have ny room I reserved and already paid. Last i said lets get upper mngmt on phone escalate this he said at this point wants to refuse me of service. I had to drive up the street to a competitor hotel way nicer glad i did but i need a fefund fraudulent activity immediately!!!

This place is falling apart. Nothing works in the room including the phone! Dirty as *** and sticky floors. Rude staff!! These people should be ashamed!! I would add photos but they arent loading.

Yes they have refuse my deposit and i have video and pictures to prove the room was definitely not damaged and clean . The manager Roberto told me he needed to investigate to give him a week in which i did and called him a week later and he did not look at any video of the day i checked out . He now is refusing my calls and employee staff is being extremely rude and refusing me to speak with him .this is not okay
