We never had a contract with this company and they have done no work for us but they have sent us bills for $140 and transferred this amount to Washington Pest company also!

We used a pest company known as BUG GUY for years NO CONTACT NO WRITTEN AGREEMENT and then in March we get a bill for $70 from these people we had been paying $56 a month to Bug Guy! We contacted them by phone and letter and told them we did not authorize or receive any services from them and do not return to our home (IT IS SECURED BY 6' BLOCK WALLS AND TWO LOCKED GATES) They have not been to our home but the billed another $70 on an invoice dated 4-27-2022 we then heard from a collection agency on 7-7-2022 telling us to pay $140 to a pest company in Washington State! They want to be paid for work NOT DONE AND NOT AUTHORIZED and that is FRAUD and in this case Elder abuse we are 75 and 79 but do not pay for anything that is not done!

Preferred solution: A signed letter from the company that they have never performed any services at 60119 Honeysuckle La Quinta and that we owe them nothing!

User's recommendation: Avoid Bug Guy and Rodent Pest Technologies they are not lisenced in La Quinta
