Not happy

I'm just not a fan of this salon. Not only does she bounce around to multiple people at a time and doesn't focus on one person, but she isn't the kindest either!!!

I've since found a hairstylist that genuinely cares, but sometimes she would disappear into the back. I get bad vibes here. I also knew someone that worked in the same shopping center that tried to get her to do some inappropriate things to him.

She's married, too, which threw me off. To each their own...but not my cup of tea

Most Incompetent Hairdresser in the Whole World!!

Going to this salon was the biggest mistake I had ever made for my hair (and skin)! This salon is a complete joke!

Rocky appears to be very inexperienced in hair cut and perm. She didn't even know how to cut equal length on both sides, she cut my left shorter than my right. Even my husband commented it was a rough cut. Her negligence caused a serious burn on the back of my neck from the perm solution.

The way she handled my hair was so rough that water got into my ears during rinsing. My shirt collar got all wet too. She is the worst nightmare of a hairdresser! The curls came out uneven too, total disaster!

I was also shocked by her strange and harsh attitude, she tossed a tray of curling rods to my lap and said authoritatively 'pass me the grey ones'!

When I wanted to pay by credit card, she asked You dont have cash?

Who carries hundreds of dollars in cash? I think it was because she was worried that I might contact my credit card company and stop the payment.

AVOID HER SALON LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Judge for yourself... This person has left multiple reviews with the same content but with different aliases.

The names she has provided don't exist in our database but I know who is doing this. This client got a cut and a perm. The very next day she tried to extort $5000 from me because she got an irritation on her neck. She demanded I contact my insurance company.

Furthermore she said, "this will not cost you anything, just submit to your insurance company and they will take care of it." This request was made without seeking medical attention. I'm pretty sure she has done this before. Because my insurance company laughed in her face she is now going out of her way to tarnish my reputation. I wish there was a way to review clients so that other small business owners can be aware.

The system is flawed. Anyone can leave a review.

The information does not need to be accurate or true. Please check out the other toxic reviews she has left for other businesses.
