Rocky Mountain shut my power off three time in a week period for over twelve hours. One time in the early morning and the temperature in my house dropped below 60 degrees.
Fraudulent billing practices
- - Alleges Rocky Mountain Power delays billing and cashes checks to defraud customers.
- - Past-due bills not credited; bank confirms checks paid.
heck your statementRocky Mountain Power is deliberately delaying processing bills and cashing checks in order to defraud their customers. I receive a bill with a passed due statement saying I owe at least two months back billing amounts.
Funny thing, I can prove that all of my checks have been paid out by my bank. I receive a bill with a passed due amount of X dollars ( not including crediting me for the previously paid last months bill) and the statement minus Y the last months ballance. But the X ballance is fraudulent because they don't update and credit me for the 2 mounths ago bill that they took thier everloving time processing in order to try to get me to pay that "paid ballance again!!!
Will be contacting the U.S. Attorney's Office!!!c

You need to pay at least 3 days before your due date. The problem is you, not them.
Devil’s advocate.
Set up auto pay. I bet you don’t have this problem.
