NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE !!!!

Dusty installed a water feature several years ago...despite the fact that it looked very nice...it's was constructed very poorly.

Nothing but leaks...water bills over the roof.

He came out a few times and tried....then complained that since I live in boulder would need to charge a service charge plus a ridiculous hourly rate.

I have spent thousands over the years with other water feature company's trying to find leaks....re build and beyond.

The liner was so short in so many places...water just would come over.

The pond was not made large enough...when power outages occur the pond would overflow....when power resumed ....not enough water left to keep it running.

The same conclusion by all....WHO BUILT THIS THING????

Obviously "they did not know what they were doing."

If you used Pond pro liner for your pond you never face this frustrating problem. The solution of your problem is that there is no need to rebuild the pond just apply the PondsPro liner and feel free from any leakage for a long period of time and enjoy your spare time along your pond.

Don't use Rocky Mountain Pond and Waterfall

They are very UNDERWHELMING! I pay the company to redo an existing water feature that we have.

THey didn't show up on day 3 and i had to call the owner to let him know this. Then a week later i had to call agin because his guys had yet to finish the patio. He told me that he thought that it had been completed. Not the case.

My husband HATES the work they did. Our patio is smaller than what they told us it would be, we have 1/2 the plants and the base of the water feature is not as big as we told the owner. Now we are being told it's OUR FAULT!

We are out 11k and looking at having another company redo the work that was just done in order for us to be happy. It's pretty sad that companies aren't accountable for the work they do or in this case the work they didn't do :(

Rocky Mountain Ponds and Waterfalls, Parker Co.

Stay away from this company. They do not stand behind their work.

Their design work appears good on the surface, but don't be fooled. They are one of the most disorganized and administratively poor copanies that I have ever dealt with. They installed a flagstone patio. After coming home from work, we explained to them that it was not in the color of stone that we agreed. They had to rip it up.

They incorporated a pergula structure into the design that due to movement causes the flagstone patio to buckle. they would not correct this and stand behind their work.
