Professional misconduct/ inadequate record keeping

I switched providers for gastroenterologist because the PA misdiagnosed me. I knew it so I immediately went to my gynecologist for a second opinion and she confirmed that I needed surgery. When I found another gastroenterologist I called for the records of my last colonoscopy. She said you never had one! Must have been a good dream! So apparently I dreamt of somebody sticking a tube up my *** and then watching on camera the tube traveling up my intestines!i called my pharmacy and I had been their patient for over 6 years. I looked it up and the AMA requires doctors to retain medical records for 10 years. This is called inadequate record keeping which is a form of professional misconduct. My insurance company record department was closed. Im getting my records from both insurance companies soon so I can prove it. Im going to report them to the AMA (American Medical Association) or whoever youre going supposed to contact! I hope (excuse the pun) they shove it up their you know what!

User's recommendation: Find another place for colonoscopy etc.
