Verified Reviewer |Poor UK warranty nearly a month and no further forward
Son snapped his bike on the 24th of September 2025. We are now on the 17th of October, and other than Rocky Mountain saying I have to find a UK distributor, which I did, and the reseller I have confirmed is on Rocky Mountain's UK sellers list, there has been no correspondence from Rocky Mountain.
My son is 10 and without a bike, to the point I have bought him a new bike as the customer service has been so poor.
It would be great if Rocky Mountain could get in contact.
- First company to make a kids full suspension e bike
- Broke in a year
- Many issues with drivetrain
Preferred solution: Replacement bike/ frame in accordance to there warranty

Called multiple times and could not get through. Was able to find what I needed on rocky mountain data base, which was really nice.
Thanks for putting that info out there.
It was pivot torque specs that I needed. Just had to search a little bit to find them.
User's recommendation: Look online before calling

Verified ReviewerResolved: Bike issues
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Rocky Mountain warrantied the motor and sent a new/replacement motor to the dealer, motor was free, but the labor cost me. I've only rode it once since and it didn't have any issues, time will tell.
I was told to take it to a dealer for warranty work, I did, waiting to see if the issues are resoved and if it's actually warrantied.

Fantastic bike. Had it for over 20 years.
Just looking for a bushing kit.
Their records go back to 2005. Mine is 2003.
But no complaints at all.
But need to dig deeper somewhere to try to locate what I need

Verified ReviewerDidn't receive the product I ordered I just want my account credited back
I ordered a Rocky Mount tumbler. Back at the end of January beginning of February.
I never received my order. I called about two weeks ago the lady said she was going to send me another one.
Then I turned around and called last week because I didn't received the other one she was suppose to send out. She admitted to me that no one ever sent me another one so I waited another week and I called yesterday and the gown was very rude and disrespectful to me that me and him got into a heated argument over $14.95 I don't care about the money it's the principle that I ordered a product from your company and they seemed that they want to keep my money and I don't think he's going to credit my account please can someone please credit my account back the $14.95 for a product that I never.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Never, I'm telling all my friends about this right now and nobody's going to order from you guys
